Hello, I'm Anat, a Creative Emotion Coach and Self-Awareness Workshop Facilitator. I support women in deepening emotional awareness and personal growth through intuitive and creative exploration.

In the midst of daily life, our deeper desires often get quieted or postponed. Awaken Your Heart's Desire offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what is truly calling you.

Through a series of intuitive and creative practices, you'll explore your inner landscape and gove form to the dreams, wishes and directions that want to emerge.

During this workshop, you will experience:

Up to 15 guided creative exercises

The creation of three intuitive paintings that reveal personal insight

Practices to strengthen your intuition and your connection to your inner voice

Guided reflection on your dreams and life direction

You will leave with greater clarity about what matters most to you and a deeper trust in your own guidance.

All materials are included. No prior creative experience is needed.
